Terms & Conditions


- All orders are dispatched within 5 business day of cleared funds.

- We will not be able to replace or refund an item which has not been recieved until 10 working days have passed. This is a Royal Mail rule as they do not consider an item lost until after this time


- Any damaged/faulty items or the wrong item has been issued must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the item with all original boxes and in an unused condition.
- All return postage excluding wrong item sent is to be paid by you as the buyer.
- Goods received back incomplete, used or damaged will not qualify a refund.


- Payment must be received within 4 days of purchases. Goods cannot be sent until funds have cleared.
- We have the right to sell the item(s) if it is not settled 7 days after your commitment to purchase has elapsed.
- We also report all non-payment. Bidding constitutes as a binding legal contract. All bidders will receive appropriate feedback.
